None of these cookies can be read by other websites or by scripts on the page, and none is shared with anyone. On the live website they are sent only over an encrypted connection. Submitting the checkout with the remember box unticked also deletes an earlier cm_buyer cookie.

II No analytics or advertising, no banner

We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we use no pixels, heat maps or social media plugins. The website does not use browser local storage or session storage either.

Consent is not required for storing information that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for (art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 and art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC). PHPSESSID and supchat_v are exactly that: a cart you filled and a chat you started. The one cookie that is not strictly necessary, cm_buyer, is set only when you tick an unticked box, and that tick is your consent. That is why there is no cookie banner.

The payment page belongs to our payment provider, not to this website. It may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which you can read there before paying.

III External requests

Some things on each page are loaded from other services. We set no cookies for them, but when your browser requests a file, the service sees your IP address and browser information.

Fonts — Google Fonts, from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
Payment method icons — jsDelivr, from cdn.jsdelivr.net.
Photos, including the chat operator’s photo — Pexels, from images.pexels.com.

Everything else, including the stylesheets, scripts, logo and the pages themselves, comes from this domain. More in the Privacy notice.

IV How to delete cookies

You can delete this website’s cookies at any time in your browser settings, usually under privacy or site data, and every major browser lets you block cookies for a single site. Deleting them:

empties your cart;
forgets remembered checkout details;
stops this browser from showing your earlier chat conversation. The conversation itself stays on our server for the period stated in the Privacy notice; write to us if you want it erased.

Your orders are not affected: each one lives on its own order page, not in a cookie. To forget remembered checkout details without touching anything else, use the “Forget” link on the checkout page.
