II Definitions

Consumer
A natural person who buys from us for purposes not directly connected with their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur with consumer rights
A natural person running a sole business who buys for that business, where the contract is not of a professional character for them, as follows in particular from the subject of their business recorded in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). The rules on unfair contract terms, on the right of withdrawal and on conformity of digital content apply to them as to a Consumer (art. 3855 of the Polish Civil Code and art. 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).
Business
Any buyer that is neither a Consumer nor an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, such as a company, a partnership, a public body or a sole trader buying in a professional capacity.
Pack
A ready-made set of layered advertising template files for one channel, or the combined library, as listed in section 3.
Module
An add-on bought together with one or more Packs in the same order, which adds files to those Packs or extends the Licence for them.
Licence
The right to use the files described in section 7, recorded in a licence file issued in the buyer’s name.
Digital content
Data produced and supplied in digital form. Packs and Modules are digital content supplied by download and not on a tangible medium.

III What we sell

We sell ready-made advertising templates as downloadable digital content. Each item is a one-off purchase with a perpetual Licence; there are no subscriptions and nothing renews.

Packs

  • Social Ad Starter — 60 static ad layouts for paid social, each in five sizes
  • Display Banner System — 36 banner sets in the six sizes ad networks sell most
  • Out-of-Home Poster Pack — Billboard, citylight and poster layouts, print-ready with bleed
  • Motion Ad Templates — 24 short video ads for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
  • Retail Promo Campaign Kit — Eight seasonal campaigns across social, banners and in-store print
  • Brand Launch Campaign Pack — 120 layouts in three visual directions, online and outdoor
  • Transit & Vehicle Ad Pack — Van sides, trailer curtains, door magnets and bus panels
  • Agency Master Library — All seven packs, the Agency licence and presentation mockups

Modules

  • Extra brand seat — Use the packs in this order for one more brand
  • Agency licence — Any number of client brands for every pack in the order
  • Large-format print set — Roll-up, A0 and frontlight versions of your pack layouts
  • Marketplace listing images — Gallery images and offer badges for online marketplaces
  • Presentation mockups — 20 layered scenes to show an ad in place
  • Multilingual text layers — English, Polish, German and Spanish, re-set for longer words

Each Pack page states the formats and sizes included, the file types, the folder structure and the software needed to edit the files. The templates are starting points: you add your own headlines, photos and logo.

We do not accept bespoke design commissions and do not design, adapt or edit files for individual buyers. The part you can tailor is the kit itself: a Pack plus the Modules you choose, bought as one order.

IV Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include tax. The price shown in the cart and on the payment page when you pay is the price of that order.
  • The payment page may also show the amount converted into your own currency. Any conversion is made on the terms shown there, not by us.
  • Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for the payment: it collects the payment and emails you the receipt. Your contract for the files and the Licence is with Complex Montage.
  • You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details are entered only on the payment provider’s payment page and never reach our server.
  • If you buy for a company, you can give its VAT ID at checkout.
  • Payment is made in full before delivery. If a price is obviously wrong or a payment appears fraudulent, we may cancel the order before the download links are sent; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

V How an order is placed

  1. Cart. You add Packs, and Modules if you want them, to the cart and check its contents and total.
  2. Buyer details. At checkout you enter your full name (it goes on the licence file), email address (the download links are sent there), country, street address, postal code and city, and optionally a company name, VAT ID and phone number. You confirm that you accept these terms and give the consent described in section 8.
  3. Payment page. You are taken to our payment provider’s payment page, where you choose a payment method and pay.
  4. Order page. After payment you return to your personal order page at a permanent link. It shows what you bought, the amount paid and the stage of your order. Keep the link: its reference identifies your order when you write to us.

The contract is concluded when the payment provider confirms your payment. If the payment fails or you leave the payment page, no contract is concluded and nothing is charged. Contracts are concluded in English.

VI Delivery

  • We compile each Pack for your Licence and email the download links to the address given at checkout within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed. Your order page shows the stage in the meantime.
  • Supply of the digital content begins when we send the download links.
  • Download links stay valid for 30 days from the day they are sent. Please download the files and keep your own copy. If the links expire or the files are lost, write to us with your order reference and we send fresh links.
  • If no email has arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then write to kontakt@complexmontage.pl.

Technical requirements

To download the files you need an internet connection and enough storage space. To edit them you need the software stated on the Pack page, which is not included in the price:

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effects 2022 or newer, or Figma, depending on the Pack;
  • MOGRT files from the Motion Ad Templates also open in Adobe Premiere Pro;
  • print-ready PDF files can be sent directly to a print house.

Other applications may open some of the files with live effects flattened, but compatibility is promised only for the software listed on each Pack page.

VII Licence

When the files are delivered you receive a Licence to use the Packs and Modules in your order. The Licence is perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Copyright in the templates stays with us. The licence file is issued in the buyer’s name given at checkout and states the Packs covered, the licence type and any extra brand seats. Finished ads need no credit to Complex Montage.

Standard licence — one brand, forever

Comes with every Pack. You may:

  • Run ads for one brand — your own or one client's
  • Unlimited placements, impressions and print runs
  • Edit, recolour, cut apart and combine the layouts
  • Keep using the files with no renewal

You may not:

  • Use the templates for a second brand without an extra brand seat
  • Share or sell the editable files as templates
  • Use a layout as a logo or register it as a trademark

Agency licence — any number of client brands

Bought as a Module, it replaces the Standard licence for every Pack in the same order; it is already part of the Agency Master Library. You may:

  • Produce finished ads for any number of client brands
  • Share the source files with up to 10 people in your own team
  • Hand clients the finished, flattened artwork
  • Keep using the files with no renewal

You may not:

  • Hand clients the editable template files
  • Resell or give away the templates, alone or in a bundle
  • Upload the templates to a template marketplace

Extra brand seats

Each extra brand seat lets you use the Packs in the same order under the Standard licence for one more brand. Seats are written into your licence file.

Finished ads and transfer

The Licence itself cannot be transferred, sold or sublicensed. What you may pass on is the finished, flattened artwork you produce: to your clients, media owners, printers and platforms that run the ads. The editable templates may not be resold, shared or given away, alone or as part of a bundle, under any licence.

Fonts and photos

Fonts are not our work and are not sold by us. The fonts guide in each Pack points to free third-party fonts, which you obtain from their source and use under their own licences. Photos shown in our previews are placeholders and are not part of the download; every image area is a frame or smart object for your own pictures, for which you need your own rights. Motion templates contain no music.

VIII Right of withdrawal

A Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights who buys online may normally withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right is lost once we have begun supply with your express prior consent, after you were informed that you would lose the right of withdrawal and acknowledged it (art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014). Packs and Modules are such digital content. At checkout you tick a box whose wording includes:

“I ask Complex Montage to start supplying the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once supply has begun.”

Confirmation of this consent and acknowledgement is sent to you with the delivery email.

  • Before the download links are sent, supply has not begun: you can withdraw by writing to kontakt@complexmontage.pl with your order reference, and we refund the full amount. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act, but any clear statement is enough. We offer the same cancellation to Businesses.
  • After the download links are sent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. This does not affect your rights if the files are faulty or missing (section 9).

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the original payment method through our payment provider, and we charge no fees for them.

IX Conformity and complaints

We must supply digital content that conforms to the contract: the files, formats, sizes and software compatibility described on the Pack page. For Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights our liability for lack of conformity follows Chapter 5b of the Consumer Rights Act. We are liable for a lack of conformity that exists at the time of supply and becomes apparent within two years, and for failing to supply the content at all.

How to complain

Email kontakt@complexmontage.pl with your order reference, the Pack and file concerned, what is wrong (the software and version you use and a screenshot help) and what you ask for. We reply within 14 days.

Remedies

  • We first bring the content into conformity, usually by replacing the file or sending a corrected version, at no cost to you and within a reasonable time.
  • If that is impossible or would cost disproportionately, if we do not do it within a reasonable time, if the lack of conformity persists or is so serious that it justifies it, you may ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and receive a refund. A minor lack of conformity does not justify withdrawal.
  • Refunds and price reductions are paid within 14 days of your statement. After withdrawal, please stop using the files and do not share them.

Businesses

For Businesses, statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) is excluded to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the price paid for the order concerned, except for damage caused intentionally. We still replace a faulty or missing file when a Business writes to us.

X Our liability

We are liable for performing the contract in accordance with these terms and the law. We are not responsible for:

  • the content you add to the templates (text, photos, logos, claims) and whether your ads comply with advertising rules, platform policies or third-party rights;
  • the results of your campaigns;
  • third-party fonts and software, including changes made by their publishers after delivery.

Towards Businesses we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the price paid for the order concerned, except for damage caused intentionally. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the statutory rights of Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.

XI Out-of-court resolution

If we cannot settle a matter by email, a Consumer may use out-of-court help, free of charge:

  • the district or municipal consumer ombudsman (powiatowy or miejski rzecznik konsumentów) at the Consumer’s place of residence, who gives advice and can intervene with us;
  • mediation by the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) through the provincial inspectorate, which also runs a permanent consumer arbitration court;
  • for Consumers living in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in that country.

Using these procedures is voluntary for both sides and does not affect the right to go to court.

XII Personal data

We process personal data given at checkout, in the chat and by email as described in the Privacy notice. The cookies this website sets are listed on the Cookies page.

XIII Governing law and courts

These terms and contracts concluded under them are governed by Polish law. If you are a Consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country (art. 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Rome I).

A Consumer may bring proceedings before the courts competent under the general rules, including the courts of their place of residence where EU law provides so. Disputes with Businesses are settled by the court competent for our registered office.

XIV Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for good reasons, such as a change in the law, new products or new payment methods. The new version is published on this page with its effective date and applies to orders placed from that date. Changes do not affect orders already placed: each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
